All forms will be sent by email and by US Postal Service.
Once the student has completed the course selected, no refunds may apply. Prior to completing a selected course refunds are prorated based on the elements that have been accessed.
For classroom courses, a $20 books and materials fee are levied against the prorated refund.

Security Training Center,® LLC. offers course material for training and certification. It is up to the student to complete the training within the mandatory timeframe as required by the state licensing agency. Security Training Center,® LLC. and its parent companies accept no responsibility for loss of licensure, registration, employment or fines resulting from failure of the student to complete the training within the timeframes specified by the state licensing agency.
Security Training Center,® LLC. and its parent companies will not notify or remind students of training deadlines. It is up to the individual to maintain personal professional training records, credentials and schedule of courses.
The material contained within the courses are the sole creation of Security Training Center,® LLC. which holds the copyright hereto. It is not official State-created training material.
Notice of Liability
The information in our programs is distributed without warranty. While every precaution has been taken in the preparation of this program, neither the author, Security Training Center,® LLC., Palladium Education, Inc., nor its parent companies shall have any liability to any person or entity with respect to any injury, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the instructions contained in any program or by instruction provided by Security Training Center,® LLC. or Palladium Education,® Inc.
Students must have access to an Internet-connected computer with an Adobe Flash-enabled browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox). Students can use Windows, Apple Macintosh, and some Android devices.
The system does not support iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, etc.) or Motorola Zoom. Android devices are not officially supported.
